Schwinn Project 2

Over the last year I have been fixing up a '72 Schwinn Super Sport. I recently picked up an early 80's Schwinn World Sport off Craigslist with the intent to repaint, tune up and sell. Last weekend I removed all the parts from the frame and fork and began stripping the paint down to the bare metal. I used a sprayable paint stripper that you let sit for 15min and then scrap off with the loosened paint. Next I will sand the surfaces before putting on the first coat of primer.

Here is a recent game model I finished up. The last image is an homage to the great Basil Gogos illustration. The full WIP thread can be viewed here.

Oldish Stuff Dump

Been a while since I've posted. Found some stuff laying around.

Olde Tyme Batman
Revisioned caped crusader in turn of the last century macho man apparel. Leather helmet and gloves, racing goggles, wrestling boots...Some day I'll flesh him out more.

Bookcase

Bookcase complete!  Probably my most ambitious carpentry effort.  Required some fun 45° and 22.5° cuts.  Designed to be sort of a bookcase/display case.
