Meet Science Officer Vitaly Zerzov.
Ill-fated (mysterious) circumstances as a youth led to his left arm mutating into a tentacle. This disfigurement drives his interest in glorious science! Ever searching for a way to reverse the mutation. In the process he has stumbled onto several scientific advances that aid his fellow crew members in their treasure recovering pursuits.
I hope to design a tentacle arm that can be controlled with a series of pulleys and bicycle brake cable. Fun!
